Bourgueil Rouge "Prestige". Degree: 13%. Vintage: 2009. Appellation: Bourgueil. Red color. In the process of conversion to Organic Agriculture. Vinified at the Chesnaies estate (Lamé Deslile Boucard). Alcoholic fermentation in wooden vats with regular punching down and pumping over for 18 to 20 days, Malolactic fermentation done in wooden casks followed by aging for 20 to 30 months depending on the vintage. Taste: Fruity and Fleshy. Will accompany perfectly: Grill.
