CHAMPAGNE

The Champagne vineyard is (along with that of Bordeaux and Burgundy), one of the fundamental pillars of French viticulture and of its international reputation! Thanks to the great Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon, festive moments for a large number of inhabitants of the planet are celebrated with champagne. 

This is also one of the only regions not to systematically vintage these wines and thus blend different vintages to have a "House Taste" that is stable from one year to the next.
