Spearkling Wine of Loire Valley

The Loire Valley vineyards offer you sparkling wines produced using the traditional method. Indeed a second fermentation in the bottle will allow these wines to obtain their bubbles. 

The winegrowers will then choose the dosage of the expedition liqueur in order to give the raw, extra brut or demin tone to their sparkling wines.
