Touraine Brut Rosé
- Out-of-Stock
Created in 1931, the Winery Cooperative Cave of Mont-Près-Chambord is located in the heart of the Cheverny vineyard, between Loire and Sologne, alongside prestigious castles such as Blois, Chambord and Cheverny. It harvests and vinifies the grapes of its 22 members on 150 hectares. With 800,000 bottles sold per year, it is now the first producer of AOC Cheverny. The quality of its wines is regularly rewarded in competitions and reference guides. The Mont-Près-Chambord winemakers use the most modern winemaking techniques (pneumatic pressing, stainless steel, temperature control) to preserve all the typicalities of their terroirs (clays, sands) that are fully expressed by the Ga-may and Pinot Noir grape varieties, the basis of red and rosé wines, Sauvignon and Chardonnay for white wines and Romorantin for the AOC
