Extra brut Vouvray. Degree: 12.5%. Vintage: NM. Appellation: Vouvray. White colour. Vinified at the Alai Robert estate. From the clay-limestone and flint clay terroir, each bottle will age for 30 months on slats. The addition of expedition liqueur is non-existent or very limited (depending on the vintage) in order to preserve freshness while having volume and thus express all the singularity of Chenin. Taste: Raw. Will accompany perfectly: Desserts. Aperitifs.
