The Jean Teiller estate covers an area of 18 ha, and is located on the best slopes of the towns of Menetou-Salon, Parassy, Aubinges and Vignoux-sous-les-Aix: 11 ha planted with Sauvignon, the exclusive Menetou grape variety -Salon Blanc and 7 ha planted with Pinot Noir, the exclusive Menetou-Salon Rouge and Rosé grape variety. The estate has been a member of the “Vignerons Indépendants de France” since 1995. Domaine Jean Teiller is a family business created in the 1950s by Léon Millet. Its real wine vocation begins with Jean and Denise Teiller (Léon Millet's daughter) who believed in the future of Menetou-Salon and worked for the reputation of their appellation. In 1986, their son Jean-Jacques, after having worked as a cook, and his wife Monique, joined forces in this adventure. In 2003, their daughter Patricia and her husband Olivier joined them. Jean Teiller died in 1996, but the estate kept its name, as a “tribute”…
