Au nez, Freshly cut barley on a hot summer day, with subtle fruity notes of ripe mirabelle plum and wild strawberry, evolving into finely vanilla tonka bean, and roasted hazelnut.
En bouche, Fine, smooth and oily, with aromas of Christmas beer, ginger and grapefruit.

Maldant Pauvelot's Mac Malden Whisky was born out of the passion of Burgundy winemaker Jean-Luc Maldant for this noble Scottish product. After several visits to Scotland and Speyside in particular, Jean-Luc Maldant teamed up with distilleries and started his own selection of whiskies. He adds his paw to this selection by making agings and refinings, especially in Chardonnay barrels or in Corton barrels.
