Appellation: Lubéron. Red color. Clay-limestone soils and stony scree. The vines are over 30 years old. Harvested at the end of September, the harvest is completely destemmed and not crushed. Long vatting: from 3 to 5 weeks depending on the plots. Aging without racking in French oak barrels, 30% new, 70% 1 wine and beyond. Taste: Rich and Powerful. Goes perfectly with: Game birds. Game animals.
