For nearly 200 years, the Arnaud Soubeyran house has perpetuated ancestral know-how in the development of traditional confectionery. Nougat, Calisson, Caramel, Marshmallow or even coated almond, so many old sweets prepared by them according to authentic recipes using among other things cooking in a copper cauldron. Arnaud Soubeyran confectionery owes its finesse in large part to the choice of raw materials used.
Their quality is the result of a good knowledge of the country and close relationships with regional producers.
