Discover the beautiful story of Sablés de Nancay! 1953, in the bakehouse of a small Sologne village: Nançay, Jacques, a young apprentice and the baker's son, finishes the dough ordered by his father. Seeking to do well, he did not get the desired result and after a hearty sermon, he spotted the right recipe. In the meantime, the "failed" dough is kept cool because there is no question of spoiling the goods.
The next day, the preparation is worked in the form of small cakes that are made to taste to the customers of the store. The biscuit factory is located in Nançay, their range is wide and deep and the prices vary according to the quantity of cakes per bag.
