White Beer 33cl

The history of the Brasserie des Ecluses begins in 2007. At this time the brewery springs from the ground in Vitry-aux-Loges on the banks of the Orleans canal which is punctuated by numerous locks. It is therefore naturally called Brasserie des Ecluses. At that time it was the only craft brewery in Loiret.
First the Blonde is developed then the Amber, the Brown, the White and finally the Pils, each well marked in its style. After a few years of existence of the traditional range is created the famous Vitryhole, a beer with pear brandy from Olivet. Vitry "hole" translates to the "trou de Vitry", an atypical and surprising beer, fruity but unsweetened made with a product from the Orleans region.
In 2016 the brewery changes location and brewer at the same time. The "passing of the torch" occurs naturally and in mutual benevolence and the brewery takes up its new quarters in Saint Hilaire Saint Mesmin. It is moving away from the Orleans canal but approaching the Loiret and ... the Magpie, not the bird but the stream! In fact, the Magpie at Saint Hilaire is a tributary of the Loiret, itself a tributary of the Loire. Beers are also evolving: new labels and new recipes. To the "traditional" range is added the "craft" range with new flavors. IPA, APA, Black Eye Pie come out of vats. Today the brewery is always on the lookout for new products to extend its range.
