Paris Caramel has been a family business for 40 years. Their chocolates come from great vintages from America or Africa. Their fresh products (butter, milk, cream) are selected in such a way to be able to trace the products but also for their qualities. They produce 170 tons of confectionery a year for 1,500 customers from all over the world but they also own a shop in Allone, and have directly the return of customers on site.
