Igp from Ardèche Viognier. Degree: 14%. Vintage: 2018. Appellation: Igp de l'Ardèche. White colour. Located in the south-east of the Ardèche, between the Coiron massif and the Cévennes Ardéchoises, the Grès terroir offers light soils, made up of sand and gravel. Porous par excellence, they restore heat and humidity to the vines which take root there deeply. The Viognier, our emblematic grape, draws its elegance and aromatic power from it. This cuvée is the fruit of rigorous work: limited yields, thinning out at the start of summer, exclusively manual harvests during the coolest hours. Aging on the lees brings more substance and freshness and therefore greater aging potential. Taste: Dry and fruity. Will accompany perfectly: Seafood and Crustaceans. Grilled fish. Fish in Sauces. Keeping: 3 years.

Contains Sulphites .

Since 1967, the Ardéchois winegrowers have been collecting 12 wineries located in the south of the Ardèche. On 6000 hectares of vineyards, spread over a mosaic of terroirs, 1000 families of winemakers work the vineyard with passion, respecting Man and Nature. An invisible, insatiable work... The same gestures, derived from the know-how of successive generations on these lands. Methodical size in the harsh winter, grassing rows to promote soil life, harvesting in green to maintain small yields so that each berry can give its full potential. Then comes the meticulous assembly plot by parcel. To seek again and again this right balance between the hand of man and the terroir to reach the sumptuous evidence of a wine translating all the facets of our terroirs.
