Appellation: Bourgueil. Pink color. In the process of conversion to Organic Agriculture. Vinified at the Chesnaies estate (Lamé Deslile Boucard). Wine resulting from direct pressing to obtain a slightly tinted color, followed by aging in stainless steel vats until spring. Taste: Dry and Fruity. Goes perfectly with: Cold cuts. Grill. Summer salads.
