Spirits

Produced from a strict selection of Williams pears from Orléannais, each stage of production is carefully and rigorously carried out by us in the heart of the historic building of the former Olivet cooperative since 1933.

Traditional distillation, mastered thanks to a gentle heating of our fermented pears using a steam still, allows our spiritto express themselves through their fruit and their finesse while developing a very beautiful power. 

We are not closing the door on the finest spirits either.
