How does the payment work?

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Preparation times are 24 hours off Sunday and public holidays.

How do I reuse one of my old orders?

To reuse one of my old commands, simply return to previous commands and click "order again."

What to do if my password is lost?

In case of loss click forgotten password, an email will be sent to you to reset your password.

Can I use restaurant tickets?

No it is not possible to pay with restaurant tickets.

Do I have to order in large quantities? From how much?

There is no minimum purchase on boutique.covifruit.com

If there is a problem, how is the refund going?

If there is a problem you can contact us via the form link available on our website, indicating the reason for your request. Our customer service is also available Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 5pm on 02.38.69.70.88. We will work together on solutions.

What should I do with my order is incomplete?

How is my order prepared?

Your order is prepared by us.

Can we pay multiple times?

It is possible to pay in 3x at no cost if you are a particular customer starting at a purchase of 150 euros.
