Where does your alcohol (pear brandy) come from? What about your juice?
For alcohol we harvest the pears in the orchards of the Orleanian, they are then transported to us to be ground and stored in our vats. Once the fermentation is complete, Mr. Poulard comes to distill our pears using his still. The brandy is then stored and aged for 3 years before being bottled.
